Over the last 30 years, Lara has gained vast experience as a business owner, corporate leader and entrepreneur, combined with her broad studies of human behaviour; Psychotherapy, Counselling, Psychometric assessments, Emotional Intelligence, Human Dynamics and Philosophy of Self.
Alignment for Outstanding Results!
In this 8-hour pack we work to align the essential foundations that create business success. We firstly complete a guided self-analysis to identify where you are, to then gauge where you want to be and then introduce the new insights, awareness and tools that get you there. The topics we discuss include Skill (knowledge and expertise), Will (Mindset and Attitude) and Fit (alignment to vision, values and culture). These are fundamental in creating an ethos of professional greatness!

A Personal Note from Lara
I believe it's imperative that those who guide us through life walk their talk. Holding the highest level of integrity is imperative as a leader. and working with those who hold the space for others with compassion, truth and care.
Learning these principles is what changed the game for me. Going from good to great within my career, being sought out to set up operations internationally and fulfilling my greatest career aspirations all came down to applying my skill, attitude and ethos to shine. Everything can change when we learn how!
This Professional Development Pack consists of 8 hours and can be divided into 4 x 2 hour sessions. The sessions are 60 minutes. We do the sessions weekly to create momentum and instil lasting change. There is a questionnaire you complete before the first session to allow you the time to share what is at play and for us to dive straight in on starting. There is support offered through our time together via messages and calls if required.
